I've watched Russia Today on and off for several months now; nearly every day there had been stories on Abkhazia (not so much Ossetia) and very often Ukraine. But since the war started, they've thrown off any pretense of being independent and have gone whole-heartedly into propaganda mode.

Dunbar was experienced in the Caucasus, having covered the Georgian and Armenian elections. His resignation is a sad and telling blow. Really, I think that Russia Today's FCC license should be revoked, but then I think that FoxNews should also have had its license revoked, so there we are...
